This paper aims to shed light on the mobility of people and relics in seventh century. It will show that Emperor Heraclius strategically designed his movements those household, citizens, officials, as well within beyond borders Byzantium, order consolidate empire position it. These also allowed associate himself effectively with Old Testament, antique, Byzantine exemplary models leadership.
